Routine storage
Keep leather in a dry, ventilated place. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight and high heat, including a hot car dashboard. Do not soak leather or dry it with a hair dryer, heater or oven; allow moisture to dry naturally.
Cleaning and treatments
Ask us which cleaning or conditioning product is suitable for your exact item before use. Do not assume that a treatment intended for leather shoes or furniture is suitable for a shaped holster. Avoid saturating or softening the leather with oils.
If the fit or condition changes
Contact support if the leather changes shape, stitching separates, or an attachment becomes damaged. Do not modify the product to compensate for an uncertain fit. Follow the product manufacturer's inspection and use instructions.
