Track a shipment

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation when available. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier. If you need help finding your shipment, email support@lyleather.com with your order number.

Change an address or request a cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible with the order number and requested change. Whether a change is possible depends on the order's fulfillment status.

Something is wrong with your order?

Tell us which item is affected and describe the problem. For damage or an incorrect item, include photos of the item and packaging. Do not send payment-card details.
